Al-Anfal 8:22

۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ 📿 Divine Name Allāh ٱللَّهُ The One True God, The Divine Essence Generate Calligraphy ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلْبُكْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ

Inna sharra l-dawābi ʿinda l-lahi l-ṣumu l-buk'mu alladhīna lā yaʿqilūna

Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allāh are the deaf and dumb who do not use reason [i.e., the disbelievers].
