Al-Anfal 8:21

وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ سَمِعْنَا وَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ

Walā takūnū ka-alladhīna qālū samiʿ'nā wahum lā yasmaʿūna

And do not be like those who say, "We have heard," while they do not hear.
