Read the verse
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ 📿 Divine Name Allāh ٱللَّهُ The One True God, The Divine Essence Generate Calligraphy لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّرًا نِّعْمَةً أَنْعَمَهَا عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ حَتَّىٰ يُغَيِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ ۙ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ 📿 Divine Name Allāh ٱللَّهُ The One True God, The Divine Essence Generate Calligraphy سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Dhālika bi-anna l-laha lam yaku mughayyiran niʿ'matan anʿamahā ʿalā qawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi-anfusihim wa-anna l-laha samīʿun ʿalīmun
That is because Allāh would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allāh is Hearing and Knowing.
