Ghafir 40:71

إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ

Idhi l-aghlālu fī aʿnāqihim wal-salāsilu yus'ḥabūna

When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
