قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

Qāla fabiʿizzatika la-ugh'wiyannahum ajmaʿīna

[Iblees] said, "By Your might, I will surely mislead them all.
