ٱذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ
Idh'hab ilā fir'ʿawna innahu ṭaghā
Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed [i.e., tyrannized]."
