وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Walaqad arsalnā mūsā biāyātinā wasul'ṭānin mubīnin
And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority1
