Read the verse
لَعَلَّكَ بَـٰخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Laʿallaka bākhiʿun nafsaka allā yakūnū mu'minīna
Perhaps, [O Muḥammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers.
