Read the verse
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Qul man rabbu l-samāwāti l-sabʿi warabbu l-ʿarshi l-ʿaẓīmi
Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
