Read the verse
قَالَ يَـٰهَـٰرُونُ مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَهُمْ ضَلُّوٓا۟
Qāla yāhārūnu mā manaʿaka idh ra-aytahum ḍallū
[Moses] said, "O Aaron, what prevented you, when you saw them going astray,
